I’ve had Charlie and his team servicing my home A/C unit for almost 3 years. He is reliable, punctual, affordable, and most importantly honest about what service you actually need. My A/C unit is older and began to give me problems a couple years ago. Charlie was referred to me by a friend and he was able to make a house visit in less than 24hrs from initial contact. He explained exactly what broke, how he was going to fix it, and how much it would cost in plain English. Also, he gave me the option (and estimated costs) to replace the entire system but, never told me once that was my only option. Other providers I called previously were only interested in selling me an expensive replacement unit and when I asked questions they didn’t want to work with me…Charlie never did that and just replaced what was actually necessary. My A/C unit is still running strong to this day and I didn’t have to waste any extra money. 💪🏼 ~ Brian C

Florida Cooling Group earned more stars than the 5 Star Max Google allows! As a new Hillsboro Mile owner, I was recommended to reach out to Charlie at FCG for my HVAC maintenance service. I informed Charlie I was interested in a maintenance service and I would like him to perform an overhaul system inspection of my unit. Charlie listened to my concerns, and at the end of our call, he scheduled me in for a service call the following day! Charlie truly came through in less than a 24hr turnaround from my initial call! After completing the preventative service maintenance of my HVAC system, he offered BOTH the professional repair and replace options for my coming to age system! I agreed to perform the recommended repair work, and my unit is working great! Both Charlie and his technician Richie were so transparent with their work performance, they will be the ONLY company I will call for all my HVAC service and Maintenace needs! A responsive AC company is the greatest luxury one can have in Southern Florida. Charlie is so very professional and very attentive. Within minutes of a text, he is troubleshooting and either comes personally to your house or sends a team member. I’ve seen his guys repairing my unit in the pouring rain! I highly recommend his company and all the top notch members on his team. His yearly maintenance service is fantastic. Preventive maintenance solves 99 percent of the issues. Well worth it! Just had semi-annual maintenance performed on my two a/c units, one of which was installed by Charlie last year. As with the initial installation, the service received by FCG was top notch. The technician explained the entire process in advance and as he was proceeding with the maintenance. Very detailed and meticulous inspection and cleaning of the systems. Florida cooling group and it's owner Charlie deserve to be named the most honest and respectful AC company around. My ac stopped working and everyone told me I need a new AC. Richard came went on the roof @100f. Heat and sad it's no big deal it's just the connector. Now ask your self a question how many other ac.company would do this. These guys were great. FL cooling installed a new air conditioner for us, handled all the permits and inspections, and made the whole process really easy. Showed up on time, super responsive, and did a great job from start to finish. They even included a year of service for free, which was a really nice bonus. Charlie the owner was great. I called him and explained what was happening with the Ac and he showed up in 30 minutes. He brought the part with him and had my system up and running in less then an hour. I recommended him for two installs and my neighbors were so happy with his service.
